1. What information do we collect

If you are an EU user as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR"), your personal data will be stored on servers in Germany.
Personal data transfer: if necessary for business or applicable law to transmit relevant personal information collected domestically to overseas organizations, we will comply with laws, administrative regulations, and the provisions of relevant regulatory authorities, and require overseas organizations to keep the obtained personal information confidential through agreements, inspections, and other effective measures. We comply with the relevant applicable laws on transferring personal information between countries/regions to ensure your information is protected everywhere.
(2) Our deletion of your personal information. We retain your personal information only for the period necessary for the purposes stated in this policy and for the shortest time limit permitted by laws and regulations (whichever expires earlier), after which we will promptly delete it or anonymize it. Such joint control parties shall ensure that after obtaining personal information, they use your personal information only for the purposes described in this policy, always cooperate with you in exercising your rights related to personal information, and delete your personal information after the relevant purposes described in this policy have been fulfilled. We will, through contractual form, determine with other types of third-party access parties the personal information security responsibilities to be met and the personal information security measures to be implemented, properly retain relevant contracts and management records, and supervise them to strengthen personal information security management.
6. Unusual circumstances under which we provide your personal information externally
(1) Transfer
Transfer refers to our loss of control over your personal information while the transferee gains control over your personal information. In principle, we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual. If it is indeed necessary to transfer personal information, we will carry out the transfer in accordance with applicable laws and inform you of the purpose of the transfer, the personal information involved, and relevant information about the transferee.
One possible scenario of information transfer is that as our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, and other transactions. If it involves a change of the controller of your personal information or the sharing or transfer of personal information, we will inform you of the relevant changes and any choices you may have regarding your personal information. If you make other related information requests, we may charge you a reasonable fee based on the relevant applicable laws and actual administrative costs.
If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you may request to correct or add personal information for use.
(3) Deleting your personal information
In the following situations, you may request that we delete your personal information:
a. If our collection and use of personal information are in violation of laws or regulations;
b. If our processing of personal information is in violation of our agreement with you; if we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us and require them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws or regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization. After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not be able to delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately. We will securely store your personal information and further process and isolate it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
(4) Changing the scope of your authorization and consenting or withdrawing consent
You may do so by requesting us to delete personal information or withdraw your authorization. After you withdraw consent or authorization, we may be unable to continue providing the corresponding services due to a lack of necessary information. Your withdrawal of consent or authorization does not affect the legality and validity of the personal information processing we carried out previously based on your consent. After you withdraw consent or authorization, the data stored in the cloud by that device will be deleted.
(5) If the processing of your personal data is subject to the GDPR, you have the following legal rights:
The right to access personal data related to you and to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of information collected about you, the categories of third parties with whom the information is shared, and the categories of sources from which personal data is collected;
a. The right to correct any errors in your information;

d. The right to deletion/erasure;
